About the Course

The Post-graduate Program of PhD in Peace & Conflict Studies is offered based on the scholastic expertise available at the Institute time to time. The initial focus therefore is on Violence, Gender and Education, however not limited to these fields. Institute is inclined to consider University of Peshawar as a broader umbrella while counting for its human resource; therefore scholars have option to pick areas of research in diverse fields from Criminology, Sociology, Anthropology, and Political Science to Journalism, International Relations, Pakistan and Regional Studies and Theological Interests.
